The Exposure of Tai Chi

Hello internet users,   I would like to share with you about an introduction of Tai Chi.

First and foremost, Tai Chi Chuan or tàijíquán is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for both its defense training and its health benefits. Though originally conceived as a martial art, it is also typically practiced for a variety of other personal reasons: competitive wrestling in the format of pushing hands, demonstration competitions, and achieving greater longevity. As a result, a multitude of training forms exist, both traditional and modern, which correspond to those aims with differing emphasis. Some training forms of Tai Chi Chuan are especially known for being practiced along with relatively slow movements.

Second, the word Tai Chi itself means Supreme Ultimate Boxing, used as an exercise or an activity for health and fitness, it would loosely translate as Supreme Ultimate Exercise or Skill; an exercise that utilizing breathing, visualization, and movements to work the entire body all at once.

Finally, "If one part of the body moves, the entire body moves", Tai Chi was created by applying the concept of itself to very natural movements using relaxation and breathing to generate health, longevity of endurance and internal strength and power of capability. The philosophy of Tai Chi is simple yet profound, in short, the idea that everything consists of two opposing forces that harmonize with each other to create a whole. Although Tai Chi was originally a Martial Art it is mainly practiced today as an excellent form of exercise with many health benefits.
